Yuco Completes the Development of Williamsburg Apartments

Yuco Real Estate Company, Inc. is pleased to announce the completion and lease up of Williamsburg Apartments. This four-building project includes both affordable housing and commercial retail spaces. Yuco led all development efforts, from design and construction through project completion and occupancy. 

Retail Tenants

Jubilee Marketplace, located at 356 Bedford Avenue, is an established supermarket featuring local, organic meat and seafood. Jubilee opened its first location in the heart of the Financial District in 1999 and for over 20 years has grown into a vital community grocery store offering organic, gourmet and specialty products across various NYC locations. 

Domino Dental, located at 121 S. 4^th Street, is a cosmetic dentistry serving the local Brooklyn community. The practice offers a comprehensive range of services, including preventative care, restorative treatments, and advanced cosmetic procedures. With a focus on patient comfort and modern dental technology, Domino Dental provides high-quality care tailored to the needs of local residents.

Residential Apartment Units

Williamsburg Apartments provides 53 units of quality, affordable housing in newly constructed elevatored buildings. Our project features one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments each equipped with modern kitchens and bathrooms. Additionally, all buildings feature bicycle storage and on-site laundry facilities.

Yuco is an owner/developer of commercial and residential properties throughout New York City. The Company and its affiliates provide real estate management, architectural/engineering, general contracting and maintenance services.
